SHIPPING POLICY

The Keon Hotel – Art Store currently delivers within Ontario, Canada only.
Due to the size, structure, and nature of our artworks, we do not offer courier or third-party shipping services.
Delivery Options
1. Pick-Up at The Keon Hotel – Ottawa
• Pick-up is available by appointment only
• Proof of purchase is required
• Artwork must be inspected at the time of collection
• Once accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer
2. Local Delivery (Up to 60 km from Ottawa)
We offer direct personal delivery within 60 km of The Keon Hotel in Ottawa.
Delivery fees apply based on distance:
• 0–10 km: Standard local delivery fee
• 10–60 km: Extended delivery fee
Delivery appointments are arranged directly with the customer after payment confirmation.
The artwork must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Once the artwork is accepted and signed for, it is considered delivered in satisfactory condition and the sale is final.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery or pick-up appointments are typically scheduled within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Timeframes are estimates and subject to scheduling availability.
Missed Appointments
If a delivery appointment is missed or pick-up is not completed within 30 days:
• Additional delivery or storage fees may apply
• Orders may be cancelled at our discretion
Service Area Restriction
We do not ship outside Ontario at this time.
Orders placed with an address outside Ontario may be cancelled.
